Thank You and Secret Santa Reminder

Hi All,

I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for your efforts in having your children here last night for Bethlehem Express! It was a great night and all the kids sang beautifully!

Please remember that secret Santa gifts need to be here tomorrow for the class party.

Christmas Friday News and 2 Reminders

Hi All,

Attached is the newsletter for over break. It has our Christmas worship schedule that you all are invited to attend.

Please remember that Bethlehem Express is tonight. 3rd and 4th graders need to be here by 6:30 in the church. If you would like to go through the towns tonight with your child (caroling, crafts, cookies, and the Christmas story) I would suggest to be here by 6. If you leave on the 6:00 walking train you will end in the church and then you will be where you need to be with your child at 6:30 in the church. They will just stay there after that. :)

Also, tomorrow in the International Lunch. A note is going home with reminders. Please make sure all dishes are labeled for our class. Parent help is still needed. If you are able to help with this event I would greatly appreciate it and so would the staff.

Bethlehem Express Reminder From Mr. Nieto

Dear Parents,

On Wednesday, December 16th, all students grades K - 8 will be participating in this year's Bethlehem Express.

The children have been preparing for this in music class, so their performance will be part of their music grade.

They will be singing on the last stop of the Express.   I have divided the classes into three groups listed below.  Please have the children arrive in the church at their appointed time.

Please, make sure the students arrive on time and are dressed nicely to perform their songs that evening.

 

6:00 pm (K - 2nd Grades) 

 

6:30 pm (3rd and 4th Grade)

 

7:00 pm (5th - 8th Grades)

International Lunch

Hi All,

Attached is a letter that should also be going home today about the International lunch on December 17th.

All students are requested to bring something based on their heritage. The servings size should be 6 to 8 people at least. We go in shifts, and there will be plenty of food from other grades as well to try/share as with what we as a class bring.

Please look over the letter and think about what you would like to bring. Our class needs to have desserts, entrees, salads, and drinks divided up for our section.

Let me know if you would also like to help out on this day. There will be various helping opportunities. :)
